Shop online
Browse your products in the main navigation bar :
- You will find the entire collection in two categories (bags and accessories & luggage)
- The other categories are made with selections of products
Two ways to access a product :
If you choose to browse a product by clicking on a push, you will be able to access directly the products' list corresponding. You can browse a product by selecting a category in the main navigation bar. Then, you will see a vertical menu which indicates different ways to access a category of products. On the product page, you can click on 'add to shopping bag'. Then you can choose to 'continue your shopping' or 'charge my order'. Once your order is registered, you will proceed to checkout.

Shopping Bag
At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag link at the bottom right of each page. You may delete item(s), save them for later, and update the quantity of each item placed in your shopping bag before placing your order.
When you've completed shopping, visit your shopping bag and click on "Proceed to Checkout" button at the top of the page. Please refer to the ordering section for more information about checkout process.
The different selections in your Shopping Bag are :
- Update quantity. Type in the quantity you wish to purchase for each item and click "Update."
- Remove an item from your Shopping Bag. To remove an item, click on "Delete".
- Continue shopping. From your shopping bag, you can continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping" or on any of the categories at the bottom of the page.
- Proceed to Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Proceed to Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. For more information on our secure shopping, please follow the link below secure checkout.

Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. We encourage you to return to our website, to purchase the product at a later time.

Order online
Once you have decided to validate your order, do please follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Once your order is submitted, a 'Thank You' page will confirm your order was received and is currently being processed. Print a copy of this page for your records, as it contains your order number. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours of submission, please contact us at customerservice@sequoiaparis-usa.com.

Products & care
Leather
Clean with special leather care milk and polish with a soft cloth.
Textile/nylon
The fabrics used on SEQUOIA bags are treated to prevent water penetration (except for the most extreme conditions) and staining. Clean it with a clean, soft damp cloth (in case of heavy soiling, you can add a little neutral soap) and dry it by open air.
Suede leather
The suede leather has been treated to resist water penetration and staining. However, under certain extreme conditions, (high humidity and/or continued friction/rubbing on the surface of the fabric) a very minor staining is possible. If your item gets wet, let it dry away from any heat source to prevent staining. Keep your suede items looking its very best by brushing it regularly using a special suede brush.
Canvas
The canvas is a waterproof-coated material and easy to maintain. Clean it with a soft, plain, lint-free damp cloth (in case of heavy soiling, you can add a little neutral soap) and pat dry with a piece of soft, clean fabric.
Multimaterials

Sign In
If you are a returning customer, please sign in with your user ID (email address associated to your account) and password. If you are a new customer, click on "Register".

Billing Information
Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear in each respective field. If you wish to change the address you may do so by editing each field. Choose if you want to specify a different shipping address, or if your billing address is also your shipping address.

Shipping Information
Enter your shipping address if it differs from your billing address. The fields will be automatically filled if you have selected the option with your billing address matching your shipping address.

Select a Payment Method and Confirm Order
Review your billing and shipping addresses and enter your payment method. Then, click on "Charge My Order"

Thank You Page
After completing the checkout process, a Thank You page will be generated with your order number, and information about your order. Please print this page and keep it for your records. If you need to contact the Customer Service, have the order number from the Thank You Page ready.
Payments Methods and Terms
www.sequoiaparis-usa.com only accepts payments by credit cards. The following credit cards are accepted :

Important information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax only be charged to customers having a shipping address in California. For all others states Sales Tax will not be charged.
Order Confirmation and Tracking Packages
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the carrier's website, where you can view delivery status. You can view the status of your order by logging in to my account in the 'help & customer service' section with your user ID and password. Click on view my order; then, click on the order number you wish to track. The details of your order will come up.

Cancelling or modifying an order by our system
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are :
- Item(s) became unavailable.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provide.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Service at customerservice@sequoiaparis-usa.com.

Orders are processed and shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (except on public holidays).

Shipping confirmation
www.sequoiaparis-usa.com will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number linked to the carrier's website once your order is attributed a tracking number.

Shipping to third party
We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement, and both addresses are located within the limits stipulated in Payment Methods and Terms and Shipping Terms.
Returns

Return policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery to return any items in your order. Please contact the customer service at customerservice@sequoiaparis-usa.com, indicate your order number and the reason why you want to return the product. The customer service will explain to you how to proceed. An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please note that only products purchased through www.sequoiaparis-usa.com will be accepted for return. If you have questions about returns, please contact us at customerservice@sequoiaparis-usa.com.

Damaged goods
If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at contact@sequoiaparis.com.
